Yet Another USB Status Update

Hello there!

After my successful PhD promotion I'm back at coding AROS. I have just added support for interrupt pipes which are triggered by USB devices requesting interrupt handling. It means, that the HUB class may be and will be completed very soon now. Apart from that the UHCI class became some more USB Device and USB Hub emulation code.
